It was built from eight years of real-world observation of tenant behavior — across dozens of tenants and rental situations. While anyone could technically copy a list of questions, the deeper behavioral framework behind them cannot be easily replicated.
No. The system does not rely on memorized answers. Daily prompts and interaction tasks are regularly refreshed, making repetition ineffective. More importantly, the system observes consistency, timing, responsiveness, and follow-through across multiple days — revealing behavioral patterns rather than rehearsed responses. Yes. You can cancel the Monthly Integrity Shield™ for a specific property at any time before the next billing cycle. Shield coverage for that property ends, future charges stop, and your account and other properties remain unaffected. If you wish to stop using the platform entirely, contact support — we can help with account-level questions.

All applicants complete the same participation process, and the platform provides objective behavioral documentation only — not approvals or denials. Property owners and managers remain fully responsible for their rental decisions and for complying with applicable Fair Housing and local housing laws. Only the property owner or manager who invited the applicant can view the report. Tenant Integrity Systems™ does not sell or share applicant behavioral data with third parties without authorization.
